The services offered by the law firm consist in the activities specific to the status conferred by the finalization in the legal profession

I choose to pursue this profession in order to be able to be with people, to help them make their voices heard and to perceive the satisfaction of success in terms of different human typologies. As I deepened the practice of law, I discovered that the art of the profession consists in listening carefully and with interest to the parties and delivering the information received in the most eloquent and concise legal form.

My mission is to harmonize the musicality of the plea with the rigidity of legal norms, by negotiating all aspects, except principles. The law firm is organized and registered in accordance with Romanian law and UNBR provisions.

Out of the desire to support clients, regardless of the nature of the legal problems encountered, we offer legal services, treating each case promptly, but without the rapidity of the response affecting the quality of the legal process.

  • legal consultations and requests;
  • legal assistance and representation before courts, criminal prosecution bodies, authorities with jurisdictional powers, notaries public and bailiffs, public administration bodies and institutions, as well as other legal entities;
  • drafting legal documents, attesting the identity of the parties, the content and the date of the documents submitted for authentication;
  • assisting and pre-presenting the interested natural or legal persons before other public authorities with the possibility of attesting the identity of the parties, the content and the date of the concluded documents;
  • defense and representation by specific legal means of the rights and legitimate interests of natural and legal persons in their relations with public authorities, institutions and any Romanian or foreign person;
  • mediate activities.
